No. Every enquiry begins with a free design consultation, where we share our design ideas and inclusion lists and prepare a no-fee, no-obligation personalised quote.
Is the price fixed before I sign?
Essentials homes are built under a fixed-price contract, with the inclusions written down before you commit. For every home, our tender proposal consultation walks you through each cost, so you can see the complete price with no hidden fees.
Can I change the design once construction has started?
Yes. You can make changes to your plans and selections while your home is in construction, and we won't charge a fee just because you changed your mind.
